From the multicultural island of Réunion, I took my first piano lessons at 4 years old. I grew up listening to traditional music from home, as well as British and USA pop, rock and R&B, and French variety. As I joined my high school band (Réunion) and my university band (France), I taught myself other instruments, started performing live vocals and creating covers, medleys and arrangements with friends and strangers. I also spent 5 months in Tasmania performing solo piano/vocals sets and joining in live sessions with the local jazz community. Back home in 2020, I studied traditional percussion at the conservatory and started recording and performing my original songs on stages, festivals and restaurants all over Réunion. This year, I decided to travel, starting with New Zealand, but turns out I really miss the stage! In conclusion : island girl, ready to create magic with my peers, contributing my versatile voice, piano and percussion skills to your resident band, somewhere new.
