How do I book talent through Evoque?You can either become a FUSE member for full access to our talent network or contact us directly to book a performer for a one-off gig or event.

What kind of performers does Evoque represent?We represent a range of talent, including singers, dancers, musicians, hosts, magicians, aerialists, acrobats, DJs, ballroom couples, and theatre technicians.

Do I have to be a FUSE member to book talent?No. If you’re looking to book a performer for a one-off event, corporate gig, or special occasion, you can still reach out to us through our Talent Booking Form.

What locations do you cover?Evoque is based in New Zealand and Australia, but we represent performers and connect talent with opportunities worldwide.

How do I become a FUSE member?Simply complete our Partner Application Form, and our team will review your request. If approved, you’ll gain access to our talent network and casting services.

What is Evoque, and how does it work?Evoque is a specialist talent agency representing performers, hosts, and entertainment professionals for contracts on cruise ships, in resorts, and at live entertainment venues worldwide. We connect exceptional talent with casting opportunities and provide ongoing career support.

How do I join Evoque?We represent performers by invitation, in-person auditions, or through online submissions. If accepted, you’ll gain representation under Evoque, and we will submit you for relevant opportunities with our global entertainment partners.

Is there a membership fee?There is no cost to join Evoque as a performer. However, we take a 10% commission on any work secured through the agency. All our talent automatically becomes a member of PULSE - the performer membership, which has full access to our online resource hub.

What is PULSE?PULSE is our performer membership hub, where all Evoque talent can access career resources, audition prep, industry insights, and direct communication with our team for ongoing support—even while on contract.

What kind of jobs do you offer?We connect performers with opportunities on cruise ships, at resorts, and in theatres worldwide. We represent production singers, dancers, musicians, guest entertainers, hosts, specialty acts, and theatre technicians.

Can I still work independently while being represented by Evoque?We offer both exclusive and non-exclusive representation, depending on your existing agreements and the nature of your contract. This may also impact commission structures. You are welcome to seek additional representation for industries we do not cover, such as film, television, and modeling. However, all opportunities within Evoque’s scope must be arranged through us, and our standard commission policy will apply.

Do I need professional experience to apply?Yes, we are looking for experienced, professional performers who meet the industry standards for cruise lines and high-end venues. Strong training and performance experience are required.

Do you provide audition coaching?Yes! Through PULSE, you’ll have access to audition coaching, career advice, and professional guidance to help you land your next role.

What happens if I get a job through Evoque?We will negotiate your contract, ensure all terms are clear, and assist with any onboarding requirements. Once you’re on contract, we continue to support you throughout your time at sea.
