Evoque isn't just another talent agency. It's a home, a community, and a launchpad for performers looking to take their careers to the next level.
Whether you're a singer, dancer, musician, specialty act or entertainment host, our job is to know your work well enough to put you forward for the right things — and to be honest with you about the rest.
For casting directors, cruise lines, event planners and venues, we provide a carefully curated roster, so that finding the right performer for a production is a short conversation rather than a long search.
Casting partner for some of the biggest names in the industry
Co-Founder
With over three decades spanning stage, screen and the high seas, Darren is a genuine powerhouse of the entertainment industry. He first stepped on stage at thirteen, in productions of Fifteen Streets and Oliver Twist, and went on to leading stage roles, television hosting, and managing world-class entertainment as a Cruise Director. He now uses that experience and his global network to mentor performers and connect them with work.
Founded in New Zealand
Both founders came off cruise ships, and the cruise lines remain our biggest source of work. That is why the agency is built the way it is — we know what a contract at sea actually asks of a performer, what a casting director needs to see before they will book someone, and how much of the process usually happens in the dark. Evoque exists to turn the lights on.
Whichever side of the casting table you're on, the Hub is free to join.
