My name is Gener Idio Reyes, and I hold a Bachelor of Music degree, majoring in Percussion with a minor in Violin. Music has always been both my passion and my way of life, and I have dedicated my career to performing, teaching, and sharing my knowledge with others.
I began working abroad in 2013 in Singapore, where I worked as a drum and violin teacher and later became Head of Department (HOD). This experience allowed me to develop not only as a musician and educator but also as a leader and mentor.
In 2023, I was offered an opportunity to work aboard a cruise ship. I began my first contract on January 21, 2024, as a sideman drummer with the ship's orchestra. After successfully completing two contracts, I was promoted to the position of Bandleader, a role that further strengthened my leadership, musical, and performance skills.
I recently completed my latest contract and disembarked on July 17. I am currently available and looking forward to new opportunities.
